Ride Dry Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

At Ride Dry, we process orders quickly so you can enjoy your gear as soon as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. For international orders, your parcel will be handed over to your country's local postal service once it arrives in your country.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally to most jurisdictions.
Please note:

  • All additional customs charges, import duties, and taxes (including VAT) are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Ride Dry is NOT responsible for any additional charges incurred when receiving international orders.

  • Ride Dry does NOT offer refunds for customers who refuse or fail to pay customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with their order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appearafter dispatch.

Shipping Delays

Ride Dry is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (Australia Post or your local postal service)

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

  • Weather or other unforeseen events outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Ride Dry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ridedry25@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to correct it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at ridedry25@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and assist where possible. Replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
